OBVESTILO ZA VOZNIKE

Priprave so v zaključni fazi. Veselimo se vašega prihoda in vam obljubljamo pester in nepozaben adrenalinski vikend! V nadaljevanju vam podajamo nekaj dodatnih uporabnih informacij:

Prihod: - Lokacija: VERD, VERD 145, VRHNIKA, SLOVENIJA GPS koordinate: 45°56'42.2"N 14°18'30.1"E -Možen vstop v kamnolom od petka, 17.6., od 18:00 ure dalje. Pred tem je na voljo parking za obiskovalce pred kamnolomom.

Registracija:

Registracija bo potekala v soboto od 8:00 do 10:00 ure v stavbi ob vhodu v Kamnolom Verd.

Registracijo mora opraviti vsak voznik sam.

Dokumenti, ki jih potrebujete vozniki ob prijavi:

- sklenjeno zavarovanje

- osebna izkaznica ali potni list

- izpolnjen registracijski obrazec (obrazec prejmete na registraciji in ga izpolnite)

- podpisana izjava o odgovornosti (obrazec prejmete na registraciji in ga izpolnite)

- vsi mladoletni tekmovalci (manj od dopolnjenih 18 let na dan 18.6.2016) potrebujejo pisno izjavo staršev (overjeno pri notarju ali občini), da dovoljujejo udeležbo (tega obrazca NE bo možno dobiti na dan tekmovanja)

- potrdilo o vplačilo – SAMO v kolikor je voznik štartnino poravnal zadnji dan pred odhodom

Prolog:

Prolog za VERD EXTREME ENDURO 2016 je pripravljen!

Vsi tekmovalci se pomerijo na prologu, ki vsebuje super enduro poligon, nekaj hitrih delov in nekaj goznih poti. Najboljši čas se upošteva za štartno vrsto na glavni dirko VERD EXTREME ENDURO.

Kratka dejstva: DOLŽINA: 3,4 km, OCENJEN ČAS VOŽNJE: 8 min. (povprečen voznik), NAGRADA ZA NAJHITREJŠEGA: 400 €

Vertical Ride:

Spektakularna dirka, v kateri se tekmovalci pomerijo s skupinskim štartom, dalje nadaljujejo vožnjo v sipino navzgor in navzdol. Dirka je sestavljena iz kvalifikacij in finala.

NAGRADA ZA NAJHITREJŠEGA: denarni sklad

Verd Extreme Enduro: 

Premagati je potrebno extremno težak teren v 4 urah in prejeti potrditev na vseh CP (kontrolnih točkah).

NAGRADA ZA NAJHITREJŠEGA: 1.000 € (1. mesto), 500 € (2. mesto), 300 € (3. mesto)

Bivanje:

Tekmovalci in spremljevalci imate možnost rezervacije prenočišča v Hotelu Bistra (http://www.gostilna-bistra.com) po ugodnejših pogojih (uradni hotel organizatorja, Hotel Mantova je namreč že zapolnil svoje kapacitete).

Skupinska vožnja:

Po Extremni preizkušnji VERTICAL RIDE RACE vabljeni vsi udeleženci dirke na skupinsko vožnjo po Vrhniki. V centru Vrhnike bomo podelili nagrado za prolog in mimoidočim razkazali motorje. Štart iz Kamnoloma bo ob 18:30 uri! Oprema obvezna. Vozi se v koloni. Upoštevajte cestno prometne predpise!

NOTICE FOR DRIVERS

Preparations are in the final stage. We look forward to your visit and promise you a varied and unforgettable adventure weekend! Below we present you some additional useful information:

Arrival: - Location: VERD, VERD 145, VRHNIKA, SLOVENIJA GPS coordinates: 45°56'42.2"N 14°18'30.1"E - Possible entry into the quarry starting Friday, 17. 6., from 18:00 pm. There is avaliable parking infront of the quarry for visitors .

Registration: 

Registration will be held on Saturday from 8:00 am until 10:00 am in the building at the entrance to the stone quarry. Registration must be carried out by every driver himself.

Documents required by the driver when registering:

- Insurance

- Identety card or passport

- A completed registration form (you will receive the form at the registration and you fill it in there)

- A signed declaration of liability (you will receive the form at the registration and you sign it there)

- All underage competitors (less than 18 years old on the day of 06.18.2016) need a written statement of parents (certified by a notary or municipality) to allow participation (this form will not be able to get on the day of the contest)

- Proof of payment of - ONLY if the driver settled entry fee on the last day before departure

Prolog:

Prolog for VERD EXTREME ENDURO 2016 is ready! All competitors will be compeeting at the prologue, which contains super enduro ground, some quick parts and few forest-based paths. The best times will be considered for the starting place in the main race VERD EXTREME ENDURO.

Vertical Ride:

Spectacular race in which contestants compete with mass start, continue driving on the dunes up and down. The race consists of qualifications and finals.

You have to overcome extremely difficult terrain in 4 hours and receive confirmation on all CP (control points).

AWARD FOR THE WINNER: € 1,000 (1st place), € 500 (2nd place), € 300 (3rd place)

Group ride: 

After the EXTREME VERTICAL RACE test ride all the participants of the race are invited on the block driving in Vrhnika. In the center of Vrhnika we will be presenting the award and the prize for the prologue and show the bikes to people passing by. Start from the quarry will be at 18:30 pm! Equipment required. We ride in the column and by the road traffic regulations!
